Company Overview
Established in 2012, Dinaledi Management and Services PTY (Ltd) is a 100% black owned provider of specialized and scarce skills that are necessary in many private and public institutions as well as community organizations. These skills enable our clients to operate more efficiently, minimize wastage and equip their personnel with tools that can be applied in both professional and personal environments. We are accredited fully with the Energy and Water Seta (EWSETA) in Green Skills for Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy as well as all Water related full Qualifications.

Our Future Goals

Our future goal is to commission the manufacturing plant for solar equipment in one of the rural areas of South Africa where unemployed youth will benefit by getting trained and employed in scarce skills in the Green Sector for Renewable Energy.

DMS is managed by a highly experienced and competence team as outlined below:

Name: Mr Disego Isaac Kekana
Position: Managing Director
Profile:
v  Mr. Disego Isaac Kekana holds a Total Quality Management qualification from the University of South Africa. He worked at BMW SA in the Quality Assurance Department. He also worked at Unilever SA as a Learning Manager.
v  Mr Kekana led Unilever South Africa to achieve the TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) Level 2 from JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance) in Education and Training as well as Skills Development Department.
v  He also successfully led Unilever SA in Boksburg in the biggest project called Elephant for R900 million in Germany for plant commissioning in the Skills Development, Training Plans to achieve the vertical start-up back in Boksburg.
v  He also achieved 100 percent Artisan Development Programme as well as Packaging qualifications for all the Basic, Autonomous and Universal Operators in Unilever Boksburg and Unilever Pietermaritzburg.
v  He is a qualified white cap TPM Instructor from Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance. He is a designer, assessor, Skills Development Facilitator as well as a moderator in various Seta‘s.

Position: Chief Operating Officer
Profile:
v  Mr Jack holds the following qualifications: National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Port Elizabeth Technikon, B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Pretoria Technikon, Management Development Programme from Unisa, Master of Business Leadership from Unisa and Senior Management Programme from Henley University.
v  While working for Eskom between 1989 to 2018, he climbed the corporate ladder from supervision, management, middle management, senior management and ultimately Executive level as a General Manager.
v  As a shift supervisor and senior technician while working for Matla Power Station, he worked and got authorised as a Plant Operator in the Auxiliary Plant and had successfully passed a course on Boiler Plant Operating in the Power Station.
v  He for the Distribution Division of Eskom as a Superintendent responsible for Bela-Bela consisted of five technical depots responsible for the operating and maintenance of the networks.
v  In the Distribution Division he also worked in various departments such as Maintenance and Operations, Construction Management, Programme Management and Customer Services with his last task being the General Manager in the electrification department responsible for electrifying over 200 000 households per year at a cost of about R2.8 billion a year.
